ABOND Inc. is a design and construction management practice based in Toronto, Canada.
The company’s focus centres mainly on custom-built homes in prime mid-city neighbourhoods, such as Lawrence Park, Moore Park, Sherwood Park and Rosedale.
From as early as lot selection and site evaluation to conceptual design and choice of architect, all the way through to construction management, interior design, and post-build maintenance and service, the ABOND team will ensure you an enjoyable experience in realizing the vision of your dream home.
Farhad Kazmian

After graduating in 1998 with a master’s degree in economics, Farhad pursued his career in the corporate world. Here, he excelled in senior commercial strategy, business development, marketing & brand architecture, holding positions with significant
C-level and international exposure.
Real estate design and development have always been prime passions, though. When Farhad decided to embark on a career change and founded ABOND Inc., he was able to combine this enthusiasm with his unique corporate-level skills.
He plays an active role in administrating ABOND’s custom home builds. Planning and priority setting, accurate budget forecasting and financial management, effective communication, and efficient time and vendor management all result in timely completion of projects within a defined financial framework. Add to this Farhad’s appreciation for great design and meticulous attention to detail, and you are assured of both impeccable execution and a truly rewarding experience.

Farhad lives in Lawrence Park with his family. He spends his spare time playing tennis, running, biking, and exploring the neighbourhood with his son, Dylan.
